This reading provides clarification regarding Asituation for which you would like clarification from me, within a maximum of 24 hours (may extend to 36 hours during periods of very high demand).

I will answer your question in a video and channel a powerful message through my cards and my intuition. The reading will be similar to those seen on social media.

The video reading lasts 10 minutes.

If it is a love reading: the first name of the person concerned by your question, possibly + astrological sign (NO date of birth).
Your current situation, with details you deem important for the reading to be straightforward.

If the question is sent between 8 PM and 8 AM (French time), the deadline will start counting from 8 AM the following morning.

The drawing will be sent to you within 24 hours of receiving your question by email or via the small box at the time of payment. If you don't see the box, don't panic! You can write to me at mistymazzze@outlook.fr.

Did you receive my payment?

If the payment was validated and you were debited, then yes, absolutely. When you pay for your reading, I receive all the information you submitted to my Shopify account. Subsequently, a confirmation email is sent to my inbox. I haven't forgotten about you! :)

It's been 24 hours and I still haven't received my reading, is this normal?

Firstly, please check your spam folder, as this happens more often than you might think.

Secondly, here's a reminder of the rule regarding express readings:If the question is sent between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. (French time), the deadline will start being counted from 8 a.m. the following morning."

During periods of high demand for readings, your answer might take 36 hours instead of 24 hours. Your reading would then be sent in the afternoon or the following morning.

Should I give you a lot or a little information?

There are no rules regarding the information to provide to a medium.

Share information as you feel comfortable. Just keep in mind that it's a shame if your reading becomes partly a guessing game for me. It's better for me to focus on the answer rather than trying to guess your initial context.

I received the reading, but I have a question about it / something isn't clear to me. Can we discuss it by email?

Of course. I encourage you to share your feelings after receiving your reading. I will answer your questions about the reading as soon as possible. For example, I can tell you what my feelings were regarding certain elements of the reading. However, I will not do a complementary reading for free, except in exceptional cases.

If you change your mind and wish to receive a refund, please let me know within 8 hours of payment.

No express readings will be refunded after this period.
