Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rules applicable to the sale of card readings for entertainment purposes, provided as private videos and sent via email, available through the official website.

Products and Services

Card readings are intended for personal use and are exclusively for entertainment purposes. The statements made during the readings are subjective, non-scientific, and do not constitute advice or guarantees of results.

Order and Purchase Process

1. Process

  • The customer selects the desired reading on the official website.

  • Payment is made via the methods available on Shopify (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • An order confirmation is sent by email.

  • The private video link is sent by email within the deadlines indicated at the time of order.

2. Price

  • Prices displayed are net of VAT (VAT not applicable).

  • No additional fees are applied.

Delivery

  • Videos are sent by email to the address provided by the customer when ordering.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the chosen reading, with a maximum of 21 business days.

  • In case of delay, the customer may request a refund or update their question, extending the delivery time by a maximum of 5 days.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days if the withdrawal conditions are met.

  • No refund will be granted for videos already delivered.

  • Refund periods are specified for each product.

 

  • By placing an order, the customer automatically acknowledges the digital and non-refundable nature of the product once delivered.

Warranties and Liability

  • Warranties: Digital services are not covered by the legal warranty of conformity or against hidden defects.

  • Limitation of Liability: The creator is not responsible for actions taken by the customer following the interpretation of the readings. Readings are for entertainment purposes and are subject to the customer's free will.

Personal Data

  • The collected information (email) is used for billing and product delivery, and for the potential sending of Newsletters.

  • Shopify's analytics tool may collect anonymous data for statistical purposes.

  • In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right to object to the use of their data for additional communication purposes (e.g., newsletters).

Disputes

  • In case of dispute, the customer may contact a consumer mediator in accordance with French legislation.

  • The applicable law is French law.

  • The competent court will be that of the consumer's place of residence.

Force Majeure

The creator cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibilities of delivery due to events beyond their control (technical failures, health problems, natural disasters, etc.).
