If the payment has been validated and your account has been debited, then yes, without a doubt. When you pay for your reading, I receive all the information you have provided on my Shopify account. Afterward, a confirmation email is sent to my inbox. I won't forget you! :)

It's the 4th day, and I haven't received my reading yet, is this normal?

First, please check your spam folder to see if your reading is there, which happens more often than one might think.

I frequently work in the evening, as I am very connected to the energies of the night. Therefore, there's no need to send me an email during the day, even if you're feeling impatient.

Should I give you a lot or a little information?

There are no rules regarding the information to provide to a medium.

Share information according to your intuition. Just keep in mind that it's a shame if your reading is partly a guessing game on my end. It's better for me to focus on the answer than on trying to guess your initial context.

I have received the reading, but I have a question about it / something isn't clear to me. Can we discuss it via email?

Of course. I encourage you to share your feelings after receiving your reading. I will answer your questions about the reading as soon as possible. For example, I can specify what my feelings were regarding certain elements of the reading. However, I will not do a complementary free reading, except in exceptional cases.
