• Your first name + astrological sign.
• The first name of the person concerned if needed + their astrological sign + your "official" relationship status: in a couple / single / separated.
• Any other information useful for the order (please keep it brief).

The email will be sent within 4 days or less, during normal periods.

Periods of high demand may slightly delay the sending of your reading summary. The sending will then be done within a maximum of 6 days.

There is no need to ask me if your reading is coming: your order will necessarily appear in my lists if the payment has been validated.

Did you receive my payment?

If the payment has been validated and you have been debited, then yes, without a doubt. When you pay for your reading, I receive all the information you have transmitted to my Shopify account. Afterward, a confirmation email is sent to my inbox. I won't forget you! :)

It's the 4th day, and I still haven't received my reading, is that normal?

First, please check that your reading is not in your spam, which happens more often than one might think.

I frequently work in the evening, being very connected to the energies of the night. Therefore, there is no need to send me an email during the day, even if you feel impatient.

Should I give you a lot or a little information?

There are no rules regarding the information to transmit to a medium.

Transmit the information according to your feelings. Just keep in mind that it's a shame for your reading to be partly a guessing game on my part. It's better for me to focus on the answer than on guessing your initial context.

I have received the reading, but I have a question about it / a clarification is not clear to me. Can we discuss it by email?

Of course. I encourage you to share your feelings after receiving your reading. I will answer your questions about the reading as soon as possible. For example, I can specify my feelings about certain elements of the reading. However, I will not do a free supplementary reading, except in exceptional cases.
